COVID-19 Awareness in the Workplace
2020 is the year that everyone’s ‘normal’ changed! Within a short period of time, Coronavirus changed our lives, including how we work, in fact to almost beyond recognition. With social distancing, enhanced hygiene requirements and new working practices in place, almost everyone has been affected in some way.
Everyone has their own opinion on the ongoing situation with Coronavirus and recent thoughts and conversations of the “new normal” may be seen as confusing and negative. Here at Tillycroy Services, we prefer to think of “going forward”, as we see this term as a more positive, pioneering and encouraging statement, in order that we can all look forward to the future.
At Tillycroy Services we have been working hard to develop new ways of meeting our client’s needs, while keeping everyone safe and helping to stop the spread of COVID-19. As a result of this, we are delighted to be able to add a new session to our suite of courses.
The COVID-19 Awareness in the Workplace course will benefit both employers and employees in implementing simple strategies that will allow employees to become more efficient, work happier, and ease them back to a normal working day, ensuring that they remain safe and compliant in respect to the ongoing risks of COVID-19.
In addition to this new course we have also launched “The Tillycroy Virtual Academy”, which will allow training to take place, either online or as blended learning, where classroom-based activities can be done via a virtual classroom and assessments then carried out at the client’s premises. This will allow for less person to person contact time and easier for social distancing to take place.
Our COVID-19 Awareness session is a live interactive virtual training course which will give employees the tools to assist them in assessing and working with the specific hazards and risks presented by COVID-19 in their own workplace. This learning model allows a classroom style, interactive experience from any location you choose delivered by an instructor. It is not just another webinar!
There is a minimum tutor contact time of one hour and successful completion will result in the candidate gaining a Tillycroy Services certificate in “Covid-19 Awareness in the Workplace”.
